  3. Cortar el mondongo en tiras finas. (En mi casi ya vino de la carnicería previamente hervido)
  4. Agregar el mondongo y las verduras dentro de la salsa. Luego de 20min de cocción, agregar las latas de las legumbres, lentejas y garbanzos
  5. Cocinar 5 minutos más y listo. A servir
  6. Observacion: podes ir agregándole agua a medida que se hierve todo. Dependiendo de tu gusto :)
