Dejar por separado la soja (con un chorro de salsa de soja) por 15 min y las lentejas por 1h en remojo luego las hervimos las lentejas hasta estén blanditas. - Cortar la cebolla, el morrón, el ajo chiquitos y a freír. Dejamos otros 10 min y vamos revolviendo - Para la capa:
Cortamos/pelamos las papas y las zanahorias, por otro lado hervimos abundante agua con un poco de sal y cuando el agua esté hirviendo agregamos las papas (deben hacerse en dos ollas distintas ya que se cocinan en tiempos distintos) y las zanahorias en otra olla.Si las zanahorias son medianas tardarán unos 20 minutos, si las papas son medianas tardarán unos 15 o 20 minutos. - Cuando estén hechas hacemos puré con la zanahoria y la papa juntas, agregamos 1 cda de aceite, sal, pimienta, orégano, limón mezclamos y pisamos bien.
- En una fuente o lo que tengan a mano (si es profundo mejor) ponemos toda la capa de relleno y otra capa todo el puré de zanahoria/papa, distribuimos para que tape todo el relleno y esparcimos bien. Le ponemos otro poco de aceite para que se pueda dorar y un poco de provenzal/orégano por arriba y listo: al horno hasta que quede doradido (pero esto es por un gusto propio ya que todo esta cocido de igual forma).
