  6. Repetimos con todo el relleno y llevamos a horno medio, hasta que estén firmes y se vea el huevo cocido.
  7. Retiramos del horno y le ponemos un pedacito de queso sobre cada uno, lo llevamos al fuego mínimo para que se derrita y listo. Podemos decorar con unos pequeños pedacitos de ají morrón rojo.
