  5. No revolver constantemente (se rompe la verdura y las lentejas), si tiene el agua necesaria no se quema el fondo. Recordar a FUEGO MEDIO casi mínimo. Y usar una olla con tapa bien hermética. Yo usé y estrené esta olla de barro salteña con esta receta. No necesité revolver, nada más que para mezclar los ingredientes y se cocinen parejo.
  6. Servir y disfrutar con pan casero.
  7. RECORDAR: no revolver excesivamente. Usar una buena olla hermética. Siempre-siempre preparar y cortar las verduras y separarlas "mise en place".
