- Mitad un pimiento rojo y verde

- 100 gramos pan rallado (o menos)

- Agregamos la cebolla de verdeo y la zanahoria rallada y bajamos el fuego, hasta eso las lentejas ya están, colamos y las machacamos un poco con un pisa-papa o esperamos a que se enfríe un poco y procesamos (PERO POCO, que no quede como un puré, sino que haya lentejas enteras)

- Agregamos a nuestras verduras y vamos mezclando unos minutos para que todo quede bien unido y los sabores se unan. Le agregan los condimentos que ustedes quieran, sal obviamente, pimienta, provenzal y un poco de orégano es lo que le agregué yo.

- Ponemos en un recipiente y agregamos el perejil, la harina y dos cucharadas de pan rallado, lo unimos bien para que quede como una masa y lo dejamos reposar en la heladera unos veinte minutos para que agarre consistencia. Pasados los minutos sacamos y empezamos a armar nuestras hamburguesas! Le damos la formita redonda y la empanizamos con el pan rallado así después quedan bien crocantes (o sino le agregan a la mezcla directamente el pan rallado)
